Today is one year on from my heart attack!

I need to say thank you to all my friends on here for the support and help you have given me over a difficult 12 months. It seems strange that we are unlikely to ever meet, but mentally I am taking you all down to the pub for a drink- a cheap round, obviously, since few of us can drink much😁.

So thanks, health and best wishes to you all.

Glad it is going well. My friend's mother is over 40 years post heart attack and doing well in her nineties...
