For those who have a Dual chamber pacemaker can I ask hat setting your date is at ?

Mine is at 55bpm and I’m atrial pacing about 70% of the time. I’ve had a rubbish weekend feeling breathless low BP wondering if I asked if rate could be speeded up to 60bpm it may help ?

Hi

Mine is at 60bpm daytime and 50bpm at night. The clinic amended the time at which my night setting takes effect after I reported symptoms. It’s worth asking the question.

HI, as Stanley has said, it's worth chatting to the pacing clinic. I'm set at 50bpm all day. I wear a HR watch and notice that sometimes it drops a little but other than that I don't have any side effects. It's defiantly talking to them as it's about being able to live your life.
