In my earlier post I wrote about my blood pressure increase to 160 systolic and medication increase to 10 mg ramipril with 5mg bisoprlol had little effect. So GP added lercanidipine. This is the 2nd day and my bp is back to 128/72 . Has anyone else had this quick reaction??? I only hope it continues to stay low without going too low.

Yes I had a similar experience until cardiologist prescribed amlodipine, blood pressure reduced in days.
