Had a heart attack last August fit healthy 54yr old resulting in 2 stents fitting. I've struggled with tiredness ever since and am still only part time. (I'm an baker so it's heavy work). Yesterday I started having chest pains spray didn't work so I headed reluctantly to A&E where I've been diagnosed with angina. Has anyone had similar problems/diagnosis beginning to feel this way I'm feeling is the best it's going to be and it's getting me down.

Did you have a cardio rehab course after your HA? (If not find out from your local hospital if one is planned for you. That might help you re-establish your fitness. If not the BHF run an online course - look it up,)
Have you been discharged following your HA?
Have you a follow up with a cardio health professional following your A&E visit?
Are you now on medication for your angina, other than the spray ?
Has the possibility of a gastro condition been discounted for causing your chest pains?
Frankly, that's a lot of questions about your situation and there could be more so my advice to you, based on what you have said and the missing information covered by the questions, is to go talk to your GP or better your cardiologist to see if things can be improved for you. They will know all the facts about you, we can only guess.
Hope things improve for you.

Really appreciate your response. The cardio course has been hit and miss due to renovations at the gym, trainer not being well etc but trying to stick with it.Think I've been discharged had little to no support and follow up and GP support was non existent. I have been prescribed more medication following my trip to A&E for Angina.
You should have a copy of the discharge notes from both the heart attack event and the A&E visit which, amongst other things should outline the plan for you including any follow-up with the cardio team and 'instructions' for your GP. If you do not have these notes ask your GP for a copy. But if you feel let down by your level of care and guidance from the health professionals, all I can suggest is that you go talk things through with the GP and if necessary wind them up a bit. At the very basic level they are responsible for your ongoing care and ensuring your medication is best suited for your needs.
