Inclisiran

Hello , has anyone here been offered or given Inclisiran to lower LDL? What has your experience with this new treatment been like?

I'm very interested in Inclisiran as my mother is taking some statins and has not really been working so far. I do remember last year on a website (I can't remember which one) saying it will be this year they give it out to people who do have elevated cholesterol and or other treatments that are not effective enough/ exhausted the alternatives that should be given Inclisiran but I could be wrong.

Just an update for those interested in this new therapy. I had my fist injection in July. Recent blood test showed my overall cholesterol is 2.6 (down from 4 on statins) with LDL 0.8 (down form 2.2). All my other bloods were normal. So at least in terms of lowering LDL it certainly does what it says in the tin.
