Arm pain.

Woke up this morning with an ache in my right arm. Took a paracetamol after breakfast, and it eased it . Back again this afternoon. Went for a little walk, and very achey. Wonder what is it. Thank you.

Do you often get that feeling in your arm? If not I'd be on the phone to the NHS 111 number right away for advice.

Good morning jeanjeanie50. Arm much better today. Went to bed with 2 paracetamol and a hot water bottle . Rub some gel on elbow and much better today. Still a little achey. Think I slept in a draught. Have a good day and stay safe x

Strangely I started with an ache in my left arm today but I am a male.

I will ignore it because I have no other heart symptoms such as chest pressure, sweating and anxiety.

But that's just me and I don't recommend you ignore it too.

Thanks for reply. The ache is around my elbow. No pain in chest of sweating or anxiety. I'll take couple of paracetamol and have an early night.

Good morning. Arm much better this morning. Took 2 paracetamol and went to bed with a hot water bottle. Put some gel on elbow and much better today. Think I slept in a draught. Take care and stay safe. Still a bit achey. Hope your arm ok

I'm glad your arm is fine now. Mine is also so I assume it is age related. ☹️

My right arm is sometimes achy, I put it down to too much use of the mouse for my PC.

Good morning Bee- Honest. I think I slept in a draught from bedroom window. Ache completely gone , took some paracetamol and rub some gel on it. Took a hat water bottle to bed and packed window where draught was coming from. Have a good day and stay safe x x
