Hi all ! Does anyone on here wear an Apple Watch ? And if so do you know how accurate the Ecg readings are ? I know the heart rate is fairly accurate but I’m getting strange readings on the Ecg ! ( not that I can interpret them ! )

Apple Watch Ecg
Thanks for that ! I was hoping it could be something watch related.
Hi.
I purchased an Apple 7 iWatch in December. For the ECG you need to stay absolutely still while you record for the 30 seconds.
The opposite actually applies, from Apple "Liquid-free contact is required for the ECG app to work properly.".
How to get the best results
Rest your arms on a table or in your lap while you take a recording. Try to relax and not move too much.
Make sure that your Apple Watch isn’t loose on your wrist. The band should be snug, and the back of your Apple Watch needs to be touching your wrist.
Make sure that your wrist and your Apple Watch are clean and dry.
Make sure that your Apple Watch is on the wrist that you selected in the Apple Watch app. To check, open the Apple Watch app, tap the My Watch tab, then go to General > Watch Orientation.
Move away from any electronics that are plugged into an outlet to avoid electrical interference.
A small percentage of people may have certain physiological conditions preventing the creation of enough signal to produce a good recording — for example, the positioning of the heart in the chest can change the electrical signal levels, which could impact the ECG app’s ability to obtain a measurement.
Liquid-free contact is required for the ECG app to work properly. Use of the ECG app may be impacted if the Apple Watch and/or skin aren't entirely dry. Make sure that your wrist and hands are thoroughly dry before attempting a reading. To ensure the best reading after swimming, showering, heavy perspiration, or washing your hands, clean and dry your Apple Watch. It may take up to one hour for your Apple Watch to completely dry.
I have an Apple watch. The peacemaking team thought that it was pretty good. I had a weird curve like yours and they said it was probably down to movement of my wrist , or finger on the crown.
Stopped looking at my apple watch as I found it inconsistant. I bought a Kardia mobile from Alive Cor on advice of a cardiologist who asked me to forward any abnormal results by email if they occour. It is a brilliant little device full FDA validated and approved. Not that expensive but gives a very accurate 30 second trace and lets you know if AFib is detected or any abnormal heart rhythm.
Have the Samsung watch 4 which detected AF. That started my current journey which I have now been diagnosed with 2nd degree block and heart failure. Although it was not AF the watch did see and issue. Also the 12 lead ECG done by cardiologist also said AF.
