I was put forward for cardiac rehab first appointment was due today but they have now cancelled it as apparently I can’t have it until my consultant and hf nurse are happy I’m stable I was started on Entresto dapa and butemide I’m just confused why put me forward then say I can’t have it

They were probably expecting to have heard from your consultant by now and need to know you a re stable on the medication. Better to be on the list and postpone than not. Why not ring his secretary and ask how long it's likely to be before he gives the go ahead.

That’s interesting. It may explain why some are referred for rehab classes sooner than others. They could be waiting to be sure condition is stabilised.
