Hi all

Just wondering if anyone has struggled with getting employment due to their heart condition or having an ICD?

Since putting it on my CV I've stopped getting job offers or even being replied to. I spoke to my community health nurse and she recommended working from home, but my job background is care and hospitality. I have nothing higher than secondary school qualifications.

I am on universal credit, this was due to losing my job in first lockdown and then I became ill. They have put me forward for a health and disability assessment which I'm waiting for a date.

I'm confused and stressed, just wondering if anyone else has struggled.
