The 5 year itch - latest blog in my Heart attack to 10K series.

It is now 5 years since my cardiac rehab heart assessment and in that time I tried to follow a health and fitness plan to hit targets set by the rehab team. It started well but over the past couple of years I have lost my way a little, but I don't want to use Covid as an excuse.
