Worried about catching covid waiting for a stent

I've a severe narrowing in my LAD (all others clear) and waiting for an angiogram / stent....apparently with in 5-7 weeks now on NHS...meanwhile a growing number of my sons class are off with covid (started with the teacher...). So I'm a wee bit terrified..we're -ve LFT..so far. So do I keep him off school (with the stress that entertaining a six year old entails!) to avoid the c-word or do I just accept it's going to happen eventually and chances are being 'only' 47 and treble vaccinated will be fine, even with my dicky heart? I'm on aspirin, 40g alvorstatin and Amlodipine and feeling good with them...
