A year and a half after being told I had lvsd and having various tests I have now received this letter with good news. ☺️

I followed all the good advice given, continue with medication and lifestyle changes and it's paid off.

Good start to the new year 😊❤️

Thank you!. Yes it is excellent news. We are all so very happy. At the beginning of this journey I googled (big mistake) and the doctor had me written off too, it all seemed very sad times. I found this forum and found hope, hope that came in a letter yesterday. ☺️

Tare care of you too ❤️

Well I did it! I can't feel my legs but that's probably due to us taking the wrong path back down 🙈 and adding another 7000 steps. I am so proud of myself and this is just the beginning of enjoying the great outdoors again. ❤️
