Same here, never recall feeling the cold before but now I really struggle to get warm and/or keep warm. Following with interest.

Hi I have HF/cardiomyopathy & I find that it takes me ages to warm up & stay at a comfortable temperature unfortunately it’s mainly due to being inactive, as moving around helps generate body heat & circulate it around the body, with this cold weather I’ve taken to having a hot water bottle when I’m sat for periods of time as if I get cold then my osteoarthritis in my knees flare up……. I’m only 55 !

There are times during the Winter I just can't seem to get warm, even with the heating and the gas fir on.The only thing that will get through to my bones is by having a hot bath, that will warm me right through.

The trouble is it is getting harder and harder to get out of the bath!!
