Sorry might have misspelled it I’ve been taking this for 6 years after valve replacement I have run out and waiting for my delivery. How long can I go without first time this has happened to me. Secondly I feel more bright and energetic I’ve had depression hit me hard just before Covid and won’t anti depressants . Could it be this tablet is causing my problems
