Entresto - Dapaglifozin

Hi I have just been taken off of 16mg Candersartin and prescribed 100mg Entresto - Dapaglifozin,Upon reading the advice notes it recommends you shouldn't take this with Atovastatin 80mg does any body else take the same, and whats the side effects ?

Hello Dapaglifozin & Entresto are 2 different Medications

My Entresto is 49/51 is that the !00mg you are posting, as for the Statin you maybe should ask the issuing Chemist.

Did your Cardiologist or Heart Nurse not explain the Medication change, to jump from 16mg Candesartan to mid dose Entresto would be quite a leap !! but no expert so you need to enquire from your Medical Professional

Good morning. I currently take Entresto 49/51 twice daily . Atovastatin 80mg and Dapliflozin 10 mg once a day. I have not experienced any unusual side effects other than the normal. Entresto and Dapliflozin have both been found to be very good in treating heart failure but if in any doubt speak to your cardiology department.
