Hi - first thing - Don't Panic! AF isn't a death sentence. It may feel very scary but, together with your medical team, you will learn to cope. Take a look at the Atrial Fibrillation Association website (heartrhythmalliance.org/afa... and learn as much as you can. The AFA has a forum on HealthUnlocked too - it's very helpful.

Hi, I had CA 3 years ago and AF last Sept with a cardioversion in November. All was ok for 8 months and AF again and another cardioversion last week. At the moment everything is ok, I am now on Rivaoxaban and the Bisoprolol has been increased to 7.5. I am also scheduled for an ablation in the next few months. Put your yourself in the hands of the experts , thats what they do everyday, good luck
