What is an acceptable BP on bisoprolol?

I’m taking it for AFib. I’ve never had a high BP. It’s now about 98/68 on 7.5mg bisoprolol. They’ve increased it to 5mg twice a day due to AFib symptoms.

I was told the Normal Range = 90-119 / 60-79

So your BP I would say is perfect. Mine is slightly lower at ~90/56 I have no symptoms and GP is happy with it.

If you have symptoms e.g. Lightheaded you should mention to your GP.
