Medication after HA & CABGx4

After my CABG in Nov 2020, I had a HA in June due to blockage of bypass. Artery that was bypassed and blocked is 55-75% stenosis. On top of the statins and asperine as a result of the CABG, I am now also on isosorbide-5-mononitrate and ranolazine, but not on clopidogrel or other blood thinners. My doctor at last appointment questioned this, but I am still waiting for an answer. Has anyone else had experience with this?
