NT Pro BNP Test Result

Pulmonary Hypertension and NT Pro BNP test results. I received results of this test today. 84 in April and 138 today. What does this mean? I had an appt. today with my pulmonologist before the blood draw so he did not see the results, but he told me my heart was good. I did do a 6 minute-walk-test an hour before with excellent scores. Could this have caused the high number? I'm worried, scared, and won't be able to talk to my doctor's office until Monday.

HI I am unable to walk far at all,my BNP went from 350 to 3600 in a few weeks, I was told it was because I was in AF.Meds seem to be controlling that a bit but still waiting to see cardiologist again. Nurse says AF and raised BNP may be caused by my Mitral valve regurgitation. Diagnosed as moderate !
