Should I be worried if my heart rate goes to 90-94bpm whilst just sitting? It happens quite often. I've attached my heart rate tracker off my fit bit.

I would get yourself a clip on oximeter which measures your pulse too. Much more reliable and fairly cheap. Certainly recommended by medics. If your pulse is spiking to 90 plus I would speak to your GP who can arrange tests.

Cardiologist told us a heart will cope with anything under 100 BPM all day long. Once it get over that and won’t come down you’re in trouble

I'd ditch the Fitbit and stop worrying unless you have been specifically told to monitor your heart rate.

Thanks all for the comments. I wear a fitbit as a personal choice. At the beginning of the year my heart starting beating so fast to the point where I passed out... It was terrifying I wasn't doing any excersise I had only walked upstairs (I'm not overweight or unfit) not long after that it happened again whilst I was sitting watching TV the rapid beats lasted 10mins to the point where my jaw was hurting and then I can only describe something popped and it dropped back to normal rate. Ive had a 24 hour montior on and I've now been waiting 3 months for a scan on my heart. Angina and heart failure runs in my family. At this moment in time I am waiting for doctors to ring me (as I can't get an appointment) because for the last week it's hurts to breathe in, this pain is bahind my left breast and I to my back it's almost as if I need to try and make something pop. Very strange
