Hi Robster. Sounds like you’re making good progress. I was ready to go back after 4 weeks after HA + stent 3 years ago. I actually went back after 6 as it clashed with Christmas/New Year (I bet that’s your busiest time of year though!) you’ll feel the odd tweak for a while - but the benefit of having a heart attack is you’ll know the feeling. My suggestion is you still take it easy. The meds will slow you down a bit and if you’re like me, you’ll feel tired mid afternoon (but I work a normal day and not your shifts). I found the cardio rehab great too. And 3 years later still draw on the experience. Good luck.
