Hi....had double bypass in May this year. Am recovering well. Just wanted to say best of luck and a wishing you a good recovery. Sending kind thoughts and best wishes 😀
Hi there just wanted to say best wishes so pleased for you waiting for this op must have been playing on your mind but great news you have finally heard and it’s next week you will be a new person after this although it’s not my experience what I do know having worked in general practice the amount of patients that would say ‘I feel great now’ so good luck and keep us posted 😀x
Thank you I’m not too bad my issues were high BP touch wood since extra tab has stayed fine - I was having twinges I call them in my chest but checks later all seems ok was doing ok until I caught norovirus a couple of weeks ago which seems to have put me back so hoping I settle more as time goes on thank you so much for asking you stay safe 🤞
I am 5 years on from Aortic valve replaced and bypass, just wanted to wish you luck. Just remember to follow all the instructions you will be given and you will be great. Keep doing the breathing exercises you will be given when you get home along with the coughing one. They really do help remember your lungs take a hit they collapse when we are on bypass so need all those little pockets filled out again.
Thank you so much, will take it easy and thanks for the tips/ advice I think this site has been great with the advice from people like yourself who have been there 👍
