Symptoms after exercise.

Hi all. So I've just done 45 mins on an aerobic stepboard. Nothing intense, casual but enough to get a sweat on. So after cool down stretches and a shower I feel a little quesy, slight lightheadedness and my heart rate isn't sky high but is also taking a while to come down leaving me slightly shaky. I take bisoprolol 1.25mg. I used to take 2.5mg but its been 3 months or so on the lower dose. I was just wondering if this is any cause for concern ? It's not the first time I've felt like this after mild exercise. Think this is like the 4th time now. Sometimes I go for hour long walks instead. Never happens during the exercise always after. I'm 33 and I do need to lose about 2-3st but I dont want this to get in the way of exercise. Has anyone else had this??

I had a treadmill test back Nov last year and they pushed me harder right up to 188bpm and recovery I felt ok but I was still on the higher dose of bisoprolol then.

Any advice would be great. Scared im going to have a heart attack or something.

Normal a light march on the spot followed by various stretches. I'm probably not doing it for long enough.

Use to happen to me after exercise and it turned out it was mild hypoglycaemia and eating sorted it.

I wonder is it worth eating close to or close after exercise? I ate lunch at 12:30 then had nothing until 6pm but exercised at 4:30.

I always do. Seems to work for me. Try it. If it works great. If not I tend to carry one of those stupid energy bars to chew, I’m not diabetic

Following my heart bypass operation, I did the rehab classes. We did about 45 mins of exercise and over the eight weeks, we progressed from gentle to reasonably vigorous sessions. The nurses took us through the warm-down after each session and used an oximeter to check BP. We weren't allowed to leave until our heart rates had normalised.
