Echocardiogram

Hi. I'm 35 in good health (or I thought I was) had a few issues with palps and one time passing it out. Actually felt like I was having a heart attack not so long ago. Had a 24 hour monior on.... Nothing happend during that time but the doctor after getting my results from that is sending me for a Echocardiogram. Angina and heart attacks seem to be the norm on my dad's side including my dad who has unstable angina, stents and had a heart attack. Every now and again I get what I can only describe as a feeling of wanting something to pop around my heart area. Been waiting two weeks now for the Echocardiogram appointment.

Hopefully it won't be too long till you get your echo, then you will be told what the findings are until then try to relax if you can.

How much coffee do you drink?

I don't drink coffee. I drink tea which I was told to cut back on and I have.

I've swapped decaf tea for Red Bush tea, as apparently there is no caffeine in Red Bush, but there is a small amount in decaffeinated. I love Red Bush now, really tasty. Good luck
