It can take months for your heart to settle down after ablation so try and take life easy and let things settle down. I had ablation five years ago and it took six weeks for my heart to settle down 😊😊

Mike I’m on waiting list for Ablation and I have been asked to be out to sleep as sooo scared! What was it like for you?

I was awake when they did mine. Only slightly painful when he did it. But took a few weeks for my heart to recover. I was tired a lot after so you will need plenty of rest after having it done 😊
