All seems good really. You had one rogue extra beat there which everyone gets from time to time. The lack of ventricular tachycardia is good. Sinus rhythm is good and the rate all seems within normal parameters too

Normal report. Sinus rythmn is normal heart rythmn and heart rate is normal. One ventricular ectopic beat is no cause for alarm.
