All went ok

Hi all well that’s the quickest trip to the LGI ever. I got on ok the clot is still there but they aren’t too concerned. I saw one of my cardiologists albeit very briefly, but she was so pleased with how I looked and was doing. I told her about slimming world and she was cuffed and said it will help losing the weigh I also told her I’d increased my exercise. So things are going well. Just need to keep on doing what I am. I’m feeling very positive about things and my next trip to hospital hopefully won’t be till I go back to Newcastle in a couple of months
