Well that’s fab. Any exercise is a step in the right direction. I’m a couch potato and hate walking but this last 3 weeks I’ve been building my steps up too. Some days now I actually enjoy my walk (twice a day) and others well I have to push myself to go. My motivation is I have to lose wait as I’m morbidly obese. Keep it up

I use the Fitbit Versa 2 (John Lewis) £159... It's a real good watch and you can sync it to your phone as well.
