Possibly a hangover from yesterday's rehab class (2nd one and first one where I did the full exercise session). The meds don't help either . Been out for a walk but could happily nod off at the moment.

Today is a tired day.

Dear you
Just listen to your body its not trying to trick you but just tell you to take it slowly.
Something that sounds alien to most of us
You will get there, just know where 'there' is.
Keep on taking care
Hello
Well I would want to nod of to if I had done what you did that is a great achievement
You are doing really well and it is ok when you have been pushing yourself for the next day to feel tired
Have a little nap if you feel like one and think of how well you are doing x
your stamina will increase and you will start to feel stronger. It takes time. Be kind to yourself. Merry Christmas.
Celebrate your independence, exercise is taking back control of your health. When you feel the improvement, including more restful sleep, you might not want to stop!Maybe not appropriate for you just yet , but Couch to 5k is a great programme down the line. It has helped me enormously post severe stroke earlier in the year and post surgery 8 weeks ago, for which I was much healthier because of my exercise.
Do always follow the advice but do keep going.
They may suggest that you exercise but I am sure nobody said you can't have a nap.You want to nap have one.
Merry Christmas
Thanks all. It's not fun being so tired all the time. I do think a lot of my issues are in my head at the moment, hardly surprising really as its been a massive shock to both body and mind. This forum us a great source of support. So glad I found it.
