Hi I'm new to this, 8 weeks ago was taken to A&E was suffering with palpitations heart felt like it was beating fast, found it hard to breathe after tests was diagnosed with Bradycardia was told might need a pacemaker, but after a couple of days stay in hospital was told not needed, but still had palpitations was told got to learn to live with it.
Since then every now and then I get the palpitations back, could it be due to being diagnosed with gastritis a year before I find it quite worrying, should I go back to my gp?

It is so easy to say to someone don't worry but so much harder when you are worried not to do so as I suffer with severe anxiety so know how you will be feeling
Palpitations can also be brought on by anxiety so the more we worry and get anxious the more chance we will get palpitations
However this is your body and if you are not happy then I would go back to my GP , explain I am not happy and even ask for a second opinion which you are entitled to , I am not saying this because I think something is seriously wrong I am saying it because we have a right to feel content with the treatment we are getting and if we do not feel that way then we have the same right to ask for it
So yes I would go back and tell them you are not totally satisfied
Yes, you definitely should try to see your GP and told her how worried you are that you are still having the same symptoms.Ask her for ECG test, because you are worried that things might be getting worse.
If you still do not get any help, next time when you get bad palpitations and get breathless again, don't stress over it, as it will make your condition worse. Call 111 and tell them what is happening, they will ask you questions, and they will take it from there and decide what care you need. But be prepared, in case they tell you you might need to go to AE, they might call an ambulance.
