QUESTION

What condition is most likely to cause very high blood pressure with occasional drops which result in falls?

Also causes stoop posture and leaning to one side when walking?

I'm sure we could come up with a list of (contradictory) answers, but you need informed medical advice.

Do you keep a record of your BP, and the times of readings? Is it up or down after meals? After exercise? This might help a diagnosis.
