I have a dull ache on the inside of both wrists, on the inside of and above both ankles and on the sides of my neck with the right side being stronger. At the moment my BP is 138/83 and my heart rate is 83. My BP and HR does fluctuate and my heart ‘misses’ a beat every 10 or so beats.
Sometimes I also have pains on the surface of my chest above my breasts but if I poke and prod at them they seem as if the muscles are sore
There is no sharp pain but these symptoms have been hanging around for several months now.
What do you all think?

Do you get any other symptoms such as cramp when walking which could indicate PAD (peripheral arterial disease) starting. I assume you don't smoke and your HbA1c is in the normal range.
Other thoughts are early symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis or fibromyalgia.
All this is speculation as your symptoms are quite vague and I suggest you have a chat with your GP.
Hi there. I don’t smoke, have no idea about Diabeties .Both parents had rheumatoid athritis.
Interestingly after sitting a while and then getting up, the area where the muscles attach to the joints is always sore. Particularly the hips lower back and shoulders.
