Wondering what I can do whilst awaiting tests/diagnosis. I'm only 28 and so anxious.

It's been almost 5 months since my first random episode. My breathing felt tight after taking a strong painkiller in the day. I took my night time medication and my heart rate shot up to 150bpm and wouldn't go down. I finally went to the hospital it was 167bpm, and none of the procedures helped it go down. Adenosine low dosage didn't work and I was too scared to go higher doses. Eventually was given a bisprolol which got it down. Started taking it daily but side effects were too much. Docs told me to try not taking it to see if side effects went. Some did some didn't. Just over a week later I had another episode of 150bpm not going down. Took a bisorpolol tried to sleep it off but ended up in ambo as it wouldn't go down still.

Paramedic said my ecg looked like SVT but arrival at hospital they disagreed. They let me go when it got to 120. Eating a lot of chocolate around when I took my night time meds seemed to be the trigger of that episode.

I have a suspicion my night time meds are causing the issues as I never have the episodes any other time than within 2/3 hours of taking my medication. But it's a psych medication and I'm struggling to get a medication review from one. As if I don't eat something substantial with the medication for years it would send my heart rate to 150, but then I would eat something and it would go down within a few mins, but this year occasionally it doesn't go down, ending up in hospital.

I've cut out energy drinks/coffee, haven't touched alcohol since December and lived as healthy as I can. But the episode still happened. I've had an echo just over a month ago and I'm waiting for a cardiologist appointment to find the results of that and also a 3 day heart monitor. However the episodes are only occasional. So I fear the monitor wont show the issue.

I'm 28, I lost a lot of weight a few years ago for my health and don't do drugs or smoke, I do my best to live a healthy life, there's still so much I want to do. I'm nervous of something bad happening whilst waiting for the results. I'm scared I wont ever be able to travel again due to the episodes or even have a family due to the pressure pregnancy would put on my body. I have no diagnosis yet so I don't know what I'm learning to manage here.
