I have stable angina with diabetes and IBS, does anybody get internal tremors where the whole of the inside of your body feels like it is vibrating?

Tremors
Yes!!! It happens to my feet when I’m laying down. No idea what it is. I have type two diabetes, stage 3a chronic kidney disease, high cholesterol & something going on with my heart but still having tests right now. I took my mattress off my bed the other week thinking my children had put something underneath that was vibrating!!
I would suggest you speak about your concerns to your GP as you appear to have a lot going on.
I suffered from this lots when I first started taking all my meds for AF & heart failure. It was most debilitating. My consultant took me off all my meds then we introduced them one at a time. I was on bisoprolol and this was changed to nebivolol and I can't take spironolactone at all. I still get the tremors very occasionally but just lie down for a while and they go away. Not sure if this helps! Hope you feel better soon.
My tremors were inside my body but they affected my whole body outside too, I felt extremely shaky and had to lie down.
I get dreadful internal tremors but I know what causes mine. I have a damaged spine and in one certain position a nerve is affected. When it's really bad even my eyes vibrate.
