Well I’v been having fragmin injections for the last week to bring my INR up. It’s failed rather spectacularly as it’s not moved so my dose has been changed and another week of injections to go. O joy. My tummy is also swollen with fluid and rather bruised as my my thighs

Oh dear, that does look bruised and swollen and must be quite uncomfortable. Let’s hope the next week of injections will pass quickly and that, with the adjusted dose, the injections will do their job. Sending you warm wishes for a comfortable week ahead with no extra complications...xx

Good morning Tori,So sorry you are still going through this. Before my surgery I was in hospital for 7 weeks and after tea every day round would come the nurse nightie up and fragmin injected! Like you tummy was every colour of the rainbow! We would all say here we go again😩

Just hang on in there, as someone as said spring is on it’s way. You can get out in your wheelchair and feel the sun on your face.

I send you lots of love and hugs you are in my thoughts.

Eek, another week of the bee sting injections!!! It looks like you are running out of places to have them. Your poor old tum! Fingers crossed the fragmin will work this week and bring your inr up to correct number. In my thoughts and sending love as always. xxx

Hi buddy2blue, that looks sore and very uncomfortable. Issues with clotting run through my family and one of my daughters had fragmin injections every day and for several months after both of her pregnancies - it’s horrid but effective.Hope you feel better soon and can get out in the sun.
