Hello

I am due to go for cardiac angiogram next week as I have been told I have LV systolic dysfunction with mid basal inferior with septum. I’ve searched everywhere to understand what mid basal inferior with septum means. They basically told me the LV is sluggish and not enough oxygen is being pumped, hence why the angiogram. Can anyone advise me what the mid basal inferior with septum related to? Thank you In advance.
