I think my results came back in the clear, but my cardiologist appointment isn't for -another month so I'm a little impatient to get the official results.
----
"The aorta is normal in caliber. No evidence of dissection. Some motion artifact obscures detail but the origins of the coronary arteries appear to be appropriate. Minimal coronary arterial vascular calcification is seen within the LAD. The patient is right dominant. No high-grade stenosis is identified although mild stenosis is difficult to exclude given the motion on the study.
No mediastinal mass or pathologic adenopathy. Volumetric analysis shows left ventricular ejection fraction of 60%. Stroke volume is 81 cc. Myocardial mass is 179 g. Aortic valve is normal with no evidence of abnormal calcification. No focal infiltrates, effusions, or pneumothorax. No evidence of pneumonitis.
CONCLUSION:
1. No significant coronary arterial narrowing is seen within the LAD or circumflex coronary arteries. The right coronary artery is partially obscured by motion artifact on both the systolic and diastolic images but the patient does appear to be right dominant.
2. Normal volumetric analysis as noted above.
3. Calcium score - 1.4
