I've never been told to avoid these vegetables. They're still very much part of my diet.

Sounds like fake news! People on Warfarin do have to watch their intake as the Vitamin K in say spinach as it affects INR. The idea is to eat a regular amount so INR can be stabilised rather than nothing for weeks and then binge on it!

I would say WebMD is usually correct. Most of the BHF information is in PDF format so I have put a link in for the NHS website. Diet and Warfarin are explained in Section 8:
Just bear in mind - aspirin is not an anticoagulant like warfarin. It’s an anti platelet, incorrectly called blood thinners. So it makes the platelets less sticky. So the interactions are different for these different groups of drugs.
Too late to ask about sprouts! Christmas dinner is long gone.
I've been on one daily 300mg plus prn 600mg since the late 1990s - and I have four, yes, FOUR bags each frozen broccoli and button sprouts in my freezer. Those four bags each are replenished about every 6-8 weeks, btw. BONUS: I had an angiogram and right heart study done November 2019, came back 'crystal clear' with most of the cardiac team making a point to stop by my bed in Recovery to say they wish they had my arteries.
No ill effects from my delicious green leafy veg habit (erm, cauliflower not on our plates very often unless I've made a lamb stew - which isn't often).
I'm glad of the last couple of comments. I have been prescribed aspirin, and I'm the only one in the family who likes sprouts. So Christmas is one of the few times I'm allowed them 😀 So I would have hated to give up even that.
I've never been told that. Everything in moderation apart from grapefruit which is a warning on one of my tablets.
