6 MI's and counting.

Had my first MI just after my 39 birthday. That was 18 years ago. Most recent one was April 2020. Have 4 stents and on table for 4 hours have almost 10% of my heart muscle cooked because of AF. Was going into A&E every 4 to 6 weeks with heart rate of 160 +. Still here and only recently stopped work as a high value complex Projects Manager.

Biggest thing to everything is attitude. If you think it's all bad, then it can only go down hill. I have always been a half full sort of person. Take enough drugs every day to choke an elephant. Need new hip and knee which will never happen as I am to high a risk.

Always look up and look forward. If you do you will always find something that will brighten your day and your life.

As we hill walkers say, "onwards and upwards!" Great to hear of your positive attitude. It has certainly helped me over the past few years. 😀
