Really not feeling to well

Hi everyone. Going to keep this brief. I’m really not feeling good at all. I’m freezing cold and strange. Don’t really know how to explain it. I feel constantly light headed/dizzy I’m going to my surgery at 2.00 when they re open. I also have no appetite. Still I guess that’s one way to lose weight
