It’s time for my renewal I was rejected last time had to go through traumatic tribunal took 6 months should I enclose judges verdict in my favour when sending form back

I sent in copies of 48 supporting documents, clinic letters, reports and results etc. when I successfully renewed my PIP last year.

I decided I was going to drown them in paper work!

I would send them everything you have including the Judge's verdict.

I would. I've just completed my application. I work helping people with things like pips claims and when I realised how ill I am compared to others who are getting pips, I thought it was about time to pop a claim in. Good luck with the renewal.

Yes. The more you give them the better. I send the info on every appointment, the outcome, drugs and any changes, any special nurses I see, etc.

It's a "yes" from me. The more evidence the better I say so they get a full picture.

Hi. Frankmcfadyen Last year they rejected my pip, so i sent them a short but to the point letter saying that the dwp have all my medical records and nothing had changed since you last accessed me so i couldn't supply any more medical evidence. It took 7 months and 2 phone calls to check on my appeal but they paid me my pip and back pay.. Good luck

Send EVERYTHING. I sent 11 pages of extra medical notes, 8 pages of consultants and 12 extra pages of explanations of what I couldn't do and why I couldn't do it, what aids I'd tried and why they didn't work. Keep a record of every phone call and communication with dates, times and names of people you spoke to. If anything takes place by phone you are allowed to record it.
