Just received a email from pumping marvellous in regards to their brand new cardio rehab programme from the heart failure charity -

Not tried it but if it anything to go by I am sure it will excellent.

Thank you for posting this. I've just had a quick look and as aways the Pumping Marvellous info is second to none. Not every area has HF re-hab but for those areas that do have this facility I was really surprised to read that the take up is low!! For many people, HF is a progressive & debilitating condition, anything that helps you to live better and longer has got to be a good thing surely!

We have no HF re-hab where I live but the local hospice does offer support & advice for managing symptoms, living with HF & some minimal form of exercise, which has helped my husband massively but because it's a very small hospice the attendance is limited to just a few weeks/months. So the on line HF cardio re-hab is an excellent idea.

Thanks for posting this. I started a rehab course, but the Dread Epidemic cancelled the end of it. I hope that a few years later it will still help.

Hello Rufus, I did mine three years ago and everything I did then still has a positive impact on what I do now and will do in the future. I do hope whatever you do helps.
