Hi can you get financial help from the government ?

Financial help fir what, you don’t say what your heart issues are.

Triple heart bypass and 3 days after was rushed back down to theatre to fix what they got wrong and because of this had blood clots inside and outside my heart and my kidneys and liver deteriorated so now waiting for mir scan and can't work for at least 4 months ?

If you have a job would have thought you would get sick pay, your GP would have signed you off work as unfit to work. Maybe a place to start after that would be citizens advice, they should be able to point you in the right direction. If you have to have assistance with your personal care you could be entitled to PIP. But again would speak to citizens advice.
