Back to work?

I’m seven weeks post COVID and feeling great.

I’m in well paid high pressure IT job and am feeling some ‘guilt and anxiety’ about not having opened the Laptop yet. I just don’t feel ready in my head yet to jump in.

My work very supportive and not exerting any pressure but I just don’t want to feel a fraud. What is reasonable time out after CABG to be going back to work.

Any advice appreciated.

Hi brilliant that you are feeling well, I would definitely be guided by my consultant on the return to work, nothing worse than heading back and it's too soon, it could set you back in the long run, take care char
