Peter had done so well after his big heart attack last year. Stents immediately and then more four weeks later.
He had no pain, walks miles, eats well and hardly has a drink
This week totally out of the blue he had another. Admitted by blue light and one of his previous stents was ballooned and another one added. He is com8bg home today. I am so scared. When he had his heart attack I remembered his spray but forgot about the 300 mg aspirin. How could I have been so stupid. I’m anxious as obviously no cardio therapy going on at the moment. He has to have a heart scan in about four weeks.

Don’t beat yourself up about forgetting. I had completely forgotten everything we had been told when Bob had his second HA. The 999 person on the end of the phone reminded me!
Has Bob recovered well since 2nd ha. How are you coping with it. I struggle daily worrying it will happen again. Peter had to have tooth out today with abscess on root. Obviously worried about bleeding as on blood thinners and dentist ringing this afternoon to check. Dentist says because if trying to make sure blood stops he could end up with dry socket and having had that I know it’s excruciating . I’m really anxious
He has done fairly well - he was kept in hospital after his second one and had a quadruple bypass as they were not able to stent his again ( he was 69 and had not taken care of himself at all!). That was April 2018, so a while back now. He had a small stroke a few weeks after his surgery that has affected him too, but he still works about 5 hours a day driving a tractor cutting hedges!
Take each day as it comes and try not to worry too much!
