Fluctuating ef

Hi guys! My ejection fraction has one from severe to moderate to severe again since my heart attack. How do you think it is happening? I feel very fit and fine . Sometimes don’t even realise I had ha. It was nstemi in December 19. The cardio will put 24 hour ecg soon to check. Any idea what does it do? And has someone else’s ef fluctuated like this? I only eat chicken and only couple of times a week and eat healthy. No smoking or alcohol.

The fact that you are feeling very fit and fine is more important than the number.

It's usually given as a class from 1 to 4, with 1 being the least severe and 4 being the most severe:

class 1 – you don't have any symptoms during normal physical activity

class 2 – you're comfortable at rest, but normal physical activity triggers symptoms

class 3 – you're comfortable at rest, but minor physical activity triggers symptoms

class 4 – you're unable to carry out any physical activity without discomfort and may have symptoms even when resting

Yes that’s what I was thinking- but I was reading somewhere that low ef can lead to sudden cardiac arrest. Do you know anything about it?
