is my heart slowing down too fast after activity?

this might be a silly question...

so i'm quite sedentary, as i do a lot of work with computers. every hour i'll get up and walk about the house for 10-15 minutes, starting out slow and working up to a brisk walk (any faster and i'd slip on the wood floors! lol), i'll get my HR up to about 100-115 (according to my fitbit), then i'll grab some water and sit back down. i've noticed that my heart rate drops quite quickly once i sit back down, from the 90s to 60s in about a minute or two. i was just wondering if that's too fast and if that's something to worry about. haven't brought it up w/ my GP yet.

i feel fine, i'm tired, but i'm always tired so not sure if it's heart or just among other things. i check my BP a couple times a week and it's always between 110/60-123/71.

i'm planning on getting outside and doing proper walks once the weather cools down a bit but for now i'm most comfortable just walking about the house where i don't overheat.

EDIT: forgot to mention, i'm not an athlete by any means. i'm heavyset (working on it). i do have bad anxiety, health anxiety especially so that's why i'm so worried about it.

I was told that your heart rate returning to the normal rate within a few minutes of activity is a good sign, Normally the rate should drop 15-20 beats per minute in the first minute and then at 15 per minute until it returns to normal. If your heart rate does not fall to normal after activity it usually is caused by dehydration .

By all means mention it to your GP at your next appointment.
