In April I was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation even though I’m not truly convinced that it is! I have been on bisoprolol then changed to atenolol. I have been deteriorating since then and despite having several blood tests and ct scans am no nearer to finding out what’s wrong. I feel really unwell most of the time with night sweats, lightheaded ness, pins and needles and burning sensations everywhere on my body together with fatigue, lethargy and swollen tongue and mouth ulcers! Sorry to go on but can anybody help. Thank you

Surely atrial fibrillation is normally quite conclusively diagnosed through an ECG? Have you had one?
What a ghastly combination of symptoms, you must feel as though you're in a 24/7 whirlpool!
Have you read this BHF page (with links to further reading on the page, btw):
What did your GP say about possible MS?
And can we see some of your knitted animals, please?
ms wasn’t even mentioned even though I had a ct scan which showed sclerosis of C4 even though I’m not sure what that means. Pics to follow when I work out how to do it!
Hello,
Have you been tested for lymes? Or any of the co-infections?
The tests aren't so great in this country but I think it is definitely worth talking to your gp about.
Take care
