I understand completely.

Hi Jon,

I too suffer from insomnia, and our lives seem very similar. Although my insomnia was diagnosed because of PTSD Which I had no idea what it was. My primary physician figured it out trying to solve the insomnia.

It has made a huge difference for me, but I'm only offering a possible idea that has made my sleep better?

Good Luck and Best Wishes!
