Does anyone still suffer from gastro problems months after bypass

I am fit now 9 months after triple bypass BUT my digestive system is not the same nor my bladder. I cannot tolerate tea which I loved or yogurt. I can tolerate a healthy diet . I am only on aspirin . If I dare drink tea or if I had a glass of wine it would feel like human combustion and if I dare have a chocolate treat my stomach and bladder would let me know. Does anyone else have to give up the old dietary delights even if they were not unhealthy?
